1. In order to confirm your reservation, please pay the deposit within 3 days after reservation has done. Any guests who did not pay for deposit, hotel has the right to offer the rooms to other guests without any notification when rooms are all occupied.

2. Any cancellation received within 3 day/s prior to arrival and failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first 1 night/s charge and deposit will not be returned.

3. Please kindly make sure guest details provided are accurate for reservation online; otherwise hotel has the right to cancel your booking. During check in, the guests are required to show photo ID or passport.
